Sydney has been raining for days and the weather is apparently the coldest start to summer in 44 years.

This is not good news as we have just moved from Byron Bay, where be it, it does rain a lot but it is warmer for sure.

Anyway enough about the weather and back to the fact, that refusing to be house bound I have taken my cx1 out to the rain ridden streets with my cherub inside and off we set to have a run around Narrabeen lakes.

My baby just loves to get out and incidently so do I and I feel so much more equipped to start the day after exercise.

A few sprints, then jogs, then squats and leg exercises with the pram my fitness improves every day.
