Faulty Goods
Lounge Tots ensures that absolute care is taken while packaging your goods. However, should an item be faulty, please contact us immediately , with labels intact for an exchange or refund.
Returns / Exchanges
Lounge Tots would like you to feel confident in ordering online, so if you find your selection is not what you expected, the right colour or size, simply contact us within 7 days and we will arrange an exchange. Exchanges will be given if the item is unused, unworn and with all labels intact. All items exchanged will incur an extra delivery charge. There are no refunds or exchange on sale items. Lounge Tots apologises for items that are out of stock. We will advise you immediately and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order or help with an alternative product.
