These are black and white cotton checked shorts which are worn long or short. The inside waist band is black and white striped with a pull cord to adjust the waist or hip width. They are a straight cut which are very cool and boys are loving them. The cotton although cotton and breathes well is slightly thicker and can be worn all year round. These won't last as boys shorts on loungetots website don't. The back welt pockets are unique and work they are not for decoration. Gotta love a a pair of shorts with this pattern, so simple yet so awesome and popular with boys. We have sold these also to girls in the past so there is no probs if they are appealing to your little girl too. Lucky ol' girls they get the pick for sure, the best of both worlds. We are working on more boys ranges but the designer is so inundated with girl's designs that she is struggling to get to the boys range. These are dressy shorts or casual, they slot into all fields of need and demand.
